NOTE:
All of the RF devices will stop having the FCD and Revival Defense logos engraved on the bottom. 3P15 (also a Plan B compatible device) has already done away with it, the upcoming, new Plan B compatible device will also similarly hve no room for them. To keep things consistent, 6315RF, 6310RF, 1215RF and 1210RF will omit the logos as well. As an added (though unplanned) benefit, the omission of the logos gives them a cleaner look as well.
6315RF a Plan B compatible flash suppressor / compensator sound suppressor mount, a collaboration is between Revival Defense https://www.revivaldefense.com/ and Forward Controls Design.
Based on the successful 6315 design that's been well proven on many of our Dead Air Keymo and Xeno devices, 6315 is a closed bottom flash suppressor / muzzle rise compensator that provides 15 to 20% better compensator performance, without the extra muzzle flash, concussion and noise normally associated with a compensator. 6315's shorter and smaller 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock ports force more gas to be vented through the 3 upward facing ports.
6315RF, like all 6315 family of flash suppressor / compensator, has a closed bottom, which requires timing to ensure the center port faces 12 o'clock dead center. We most likely will not produce an A1 (8 port, spaced equally around the circumference of the flash suppressor) form factor, 3 or 4 prong muzzle device. This is a design decision based on practicality and function.

6315RF has external 0.900 x 24 threads, compatible with sound suppressors with 0.900 x 24 threads (such as CGS and Plan B) and adapters such as Rearden's Atlas adapter.
Length: 1.725"
Weight: 2.08oz
Internal threads: 1/2 x 28
External threads: 0.900 x 24
Wrench flats: 3/4"
TDP spec A2 and 6315RF flash suppression comparison. Predictably,16" barrels don't produce much flash signature, while occasional fireballs erupt out of a 10.5" barrel, not uncommon with short barrels. Ammo can and does change flash signature, we used Winchester M193 55 grain for testing and not low flash ammo.
6315RF's length is shorter than that of a TDP spec A2, (1.76" overall length, with 0.79" available for ports), 6315RF is shorter (1.725" overall length, with 0.675" available for ports), its flash suppression performance is similar to the A2.
6315RF has .900 x 24 External threads & a taper that are compatible with Plan B Type Mounts such as REARDEN Mounts and Various Suppressors. We worked with various Suppressor companies such as CGS in order to ensure compatibility with their devices when using a Rearden ATLAS

6315RF has wrench flats for torquing it on the barrel. Do not use a screwdriver and insert it into one of its ports to torque it. With 30ft lbs of torque, using a rod or screw driver will cause damage to the muzzle device.
JMW (Joint Muzzle device Wrench) was designed specifically for use on suppressor mounts: https://www.forwardcontrolsdesign.com/jmw-joint-muzzle-device-wrench.html
Screw driver not included (but seriously, use a 3/4 wrench, armorer's wrench, or JMW, not a screw driver.)
