The Screech Owl 700 Chassis is an affordable, modular and light weight rifle chassis or bolt action pistol chassis compatible with the Remington 700 Short Action. With multiple hand-guard and stock options available, this Remington 700 Chassis is an excellent platform for building compact truck guns, portable hunting rifles or precision rifles, and long-range capable bolt action pistols.

Screech Owl 700 Chassis Core:

- Minimum barrel length (when measured from bolt face to muzzle) for each handguard on the Screech Owl 700 is 1.5″ longer then the handguard. This length will allow the full muzzle threads to clear the handguard with a little room to spare. For example a 10.5″ Handguard is compatible with a minimum barrel length of 12″. These requirements can vary by chassis model.
