Returns/Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty does not apply to any products sold that are not manufactured by RAIN SHADOW ARMORY. Those products are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranty. RAIN SHADOW ARMORY assumes no liability for accidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or consequential damages and therefore this limitation may not apply to you.
All orders shipped have ten (10) days from order delivery to be inspected. Any issues after the ten day grace period are subject to restock fee.
All serialized orders (Rifles, Pistols, Short Barrel Rifles, Lower Receivers) cannot be returned or replaced, unless manufacture defect, once transfer of ownership via ATF Form 4473 has been completed.
All returns can be subject to a restoc
king fee of up to 20% at the discretion of RAIN SHADOW ARMORY.  All Custom Work or Builds are nonrefundable once work has started.

ALL SALES OF FIREARMS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR AMMUNITION ARE FINAL. Defective Firearms must be returned to the Original MFG for warranty service.
All returned good must have prior consent. Please email or call for Return Authorization prior to returning any product.
Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
